My online booking calendar makes it possible for you to schedule an appointment with me anytime you wish. You will also receive an email reminder/confirmation of your appointment. If you DO NOT receive an email reminder/confirmation of your appointment please notify me by email immediately at glow@spadeesperanza.com. This usually indicates that the appointment cannot book at the time you requested or was not input into the system properly.
The first time you use the system you have to register and you will receive a password by email. You may later change this password to something easier to remember.
Step 1
Select the “Register as New User” option. Do not enter a username or
password at this point.
Step 2
Fill out all questions in the questionnaire and select “Sign Up”. You will receive
a message that a password has been emailed to you.
Step 3
Go to your email and write down your username and password.
You may select the link in the email to return to the calendar or return
to the web browser you had open.
Step 4
Enter your username and password and select “Login”.
Step 5
Select the month and day you want to schedule an appointment.
Select your preferred schedule, service and time. You will see that
all your information is already filled out. Select “Book”.
Step 6
You will be prompted to “Pay Here” before continuing, you must have
your payment processed before your booking will be confirmed.
You will receive an email confirming your appointment after
selecting continue or once your payment is processed.
