To Make An Appointment:
Please contact (510) 313.0966 to schedule an appointment. All
appointments require a 50% credit card deposit (non refundable
once you have reached the 24 hour time period prior to holding
the reservation)
If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before your
scheduled time, you are subject to a 50% fee of the scheduled
appointment service.
Arrival Time & Late Arrival:
It is suggested to arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment
in order to bring in required forms or to fill out the required
forms. If you should arrive late, your appointment may be shortened
in order to allow the aesthetician or therapist to prepare for
his/her next client. We regret that you may not receive an extension
of your scheduled service times and you will be 100% responsible
for a full service fee. As a courtesy, please contact us if you
are running late.
Cancellations:
It is requested that you cancel 24 hour prior to your scheduled
appointment in order to any avoid charges. You must receive a
cancellation confirmation number for your reference. Should you
cancel within the 24 hours prior to your scheduled service, you
will be charged 50% of service appointment.
No Shows:
I strongly deter No Shows. I charge full price of the service
if you choose not to call to cancel the service.
Prices & Services:
Prices and services are subject to change without notice.
Personal Belongings:
Most of our services require majority of your jewelry to be removed.
Spa de Esperanza LLC is not responsible for any lost or stolen
articles.
Gratuity:
Gratuities may be given at your discretion, but not obligated.
Product Return Policy:
Spa de Esperanza LLC has a 15 day exchange policy. If you experience
any problems, please bring them back within 15 days of purchase
and we will exchange them for other products or spa credit of
equal value. These products must be accompanied with a receipt
of purchase. Please Note: For Jan Marini Skin Care Products only,
our policy allows for full returns and refunds in the same manner
of your purchase.
