OUR SAFETY GUIDELINES


DISINFECTION PROCEDURE

Inside our skincare boutique, we are sanitizing with EPA medical grade sanitation wipes and sprays regularly and after each client. We use HEPA air purifiers in each room with blue light germ-killing technology.  We continue throughout the day,  disinfecting all surfaces in our lobby, boutique and back offices (tables, light switches, handles, phones, keyboards, iPads, sinks, doorknobs, countertops, chairs, lamps, etc.) in addition to the sanitization protocols we already have in place.  

NEW STANDARDS

We ask that all guests follow the new standard guidelines prior to entering into our treatment rooms:
  • If you have any signs of coughing, fever, loss of taste, or recent exposure to someone in contact with COVID-19, please reschedule your appointment and avoiding coming in. We do have contactless local delivery, shipping and ZOOM FACIALS available. 
  • Allow for contactless thermometer temperature readings prior to entry.  
  • ​We highly recommend using the restroom at your prior destination before entering into the boutique. Although, we do have a restroom on-site, it is a public restroom for all personnel within the building. We are unable to monitor, nor manage the janitorial services of the building. We do provide hand sanitizer, paper towel and toilet seat covers should you need to use the restroom.  
  • Our new location requires a slight hike up 20+ steps with a railing. We do not have an elevator nor escalator to provide support to any person. 

ESTHETICIAN/THERAPIST CONTACT

We remain masked, gloved and sanitized during your entire treatment. Gloves are changed minimally of 5 times during the course of one treatment to maintain appropriate sanitation along with frequent hand sanitization between each glove change. Facial masks/shields are changed and placed in the laundry after each client to maintain sanitation between each client. Aprons/lab coats are changed and placed in the laundry after each client to maintain sanitation between each treatment.

​We enforce all therapists and estheticians to: 
  • Frequently hand wash with medical grade soap and water for 60 seconds 
  • Waste receptacles are emptied and sanitized after each client
  • Change face masks/shield after each client 
  • Change aprons/lab coats after each client 
  • Linens are stripped and removed after each client 

PAYMENTS/FORMS

  • Payments can be completed online via our square system prior to your service or if you prefer to save your card on file, we can submit the card on file. 
  • Payments can be contactless post treatment via PayPal, Venmo, and Square Invoicing. 
  • ​All forms are available online. For new clients, an email link will be provided to the client for quick check and easy check-in. ​​

LAUNDRY

All laundry is laundered with EPA registered laundry detergent and hot water at 104 degrees Fahrenheit.
