Do you need a boost in energy?
Energy! Who needs extra energy?
We get a boost in energy from B12, B1, B2, B6, Protein and Fiber!
Oh my! There are so many...
This nutritional yeast has all of those and more. What is nutritional yeast? It's a deactivated yeast (the yeast cells are killed) that is often fortified with vitamins. It’s used as a condiment or added ingredient to a variety of recipes, including vegetarian and vegan. This is not the kind of supplement you take everyday nor add to your smoothies, but it's a edible and tasty supplement to sprinkle over some of your favorite foods. It's a great boost or pick me up during a sluggish week, add in during the time of your menstral cycle or a kick start to get back into that workout that you put off for a few days (or weeks).
Among the many, this is our favorite nutritional yeast to fortify our skin, hair, brittle nails, immune system and boost energy. It's even excellent for expecting mommas that need the increase in folic acid. We love this one because it's flaky, not powdery. There's no bitter "after taste", like some can have. It has almost a buttery or cheesy flavor. We put this on so many things: homemade kale chips, mixed in with risotto, sprinkled over avocado toast, dashed into scrambled eggs, over warm popcorn as a topper and so much more.
If your looking for an energy boost supplement to enhance the taste and health into your foods, definitely check out this nutritional yeast.

Why does my gut need energy?
Well, it's a large muscle that works extremely hard to breakdown all that we eat, then it separates the nutrients from the junk and continues to sort and fight off any Trojan horses ("naughty bacteria") that snuck in the gut through the food. We say, employ PRO fighters to help keep our gut healthy. A healthy gut gives us healthy hair, glowing complexion, strong nails and ENERGY!
A couple things to know about probiotics, they are different than prebiotics. Prebiotics are the food to the probiotics. The Probiotics are the "good bacteria" that fight in our gut on behalf of us. For probiotics, you want live strains. (Now, that's an image, living bacteria floating in your gut.) Why live strains? I don't think the dead army will fight for us, maybe in the movie Ronin 47, but we need alive bacteria to combat the bacteria from the live food we eat. If you are new to probiotics, we may suggest easing into probiotics and recommend an alternate brand: Pure Encapsulations. This particular brand is a heavy duty army of probiotics, it's armed and ready to combat!
A regular schedule of probitics can help. Yes, you can eat more fermented foods to achieve the same results, but diversify the fermented foods because if you want different strains of bacteria, you need to eat different forms from different mothers. We personally love a good Sauerkraut and Kimchi, but we don't eat it daily. This is our go to supplement when we missed out on eating our fermented foods that day.

How can I reduce stress?
The real questions is, how can some people combat stress a little more easier than others? There are many theories. One theory is that if our adrenal glands and thyroid were supported daily through nutrition, then when the stress activates us, we would feel more resilient to the stressors. That's a mouth full. Basically, if our body didn't respond to the stressors as easily by supporting the adrenal glands and thyroid, one might be able to get better sleep, regenerate and recover a little quicker compared to someone that may be compromised. So, how do you support the adrenal glands and thyroid?
Ashwagandha is well known in Ayurvedic practices and South Asia for its adaptogen properties. It specifically focusses to help support the thyroid and adrenal system, which allows your body to reduce cortisol levels and combat stress. It helps the body adapt to stress. The stress is not taken away, but the adaptogens help the signals you receive from stress to have a higher threshold. Many cultures use this flower/shrub in their spices and part of their diet. We learned about it later in life. A side note, meditation practices can also guide you to the exact same place. Both are excellent to support handling stress, which gives your body more energy.
Why this Ashwagandha? We love this supplement because its a simple: Ashwagandha and black pepper. The black pepper helps the Ashwagandha absorb into the body. Its easy to take and easy on the stomach.

Support younger looking skin!
This is one of our favorite allergy supplements of the season.
We know that our skin is highly impacted when allergies are taking a toll on our immune system. We found that this amazing supplement provides strength and support to our lungs, respiratory function and ability to manage mucus production.

Our number one question asked, "How can I boost my collagen?"
Ok, there are several ways to boost collagen. We highly recommend having quality skincare with a helpful home use device to ensure the most optimal collagen boost. We found that with good skin care, if the client took collagen peptides simultaneously, their skin, hair, and nails showed an increased boost. We like to add a scoop of this collagen powder to our morning shake or breakfast and the results showed within a month.
It is a match made in heaven!

We have tried a ton of Omega-3 brands, and hands down this one shows the best results. Not only do we NOT burp up "fish oil", but we enjoy the impact after consistent daily intake. Omega-3 supports the immune system, cardiovascular functionality and yes, the skin. Increasing the amount of Omega-3 fatty acids in your diet can largely impact the skin through the oil hydration barrier, sun barrier support and one's ability to respond to daily environmental stressors. Have you noticed over the last 10 years that more and more anti-aging serums/creams have essential fatty acids in them? They found that essential fatty acids have a strong resilience to UV light, an excellent barrier support to help keep the skin looking younger.
