Blueberry Chia Seed Protein Breakfast ​


Ingredients: 


  • 4 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 teaspoon pure maple syrup
  • 1 cup of unsweetened almond or oat milk
  • ⅛ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon slivered almonds
  • ⅛ teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Stir together the oat or almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla extract in a small bowl. Cover, refrigerate and soak for at least 15 minutes.
  2. When ready to consume, stir the pudding well. Pour into several glasses to share. Top each pudding with the blueberries, cinnamon and almonds.​
