Blueberry Chia Seed Protein Breakfast
Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 teaspoon pure maple syrup
- 1 cup of unsweetened almond or oat milk
- ⅛ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup fresh blueberries
- 1 tablespoon slivered almonds
- ⅛ teaspoon cinnamon
Directions:
- Stir together the oat or almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla extract in a small bowl. Cover, refrigerate and soak for at least 15 minutes.
- When ready to consume, stir the pudding well. Pour into several glasses to share. Top each pudding with the blueberries, cinnamon and almonds.
