Excellent question. No one wants to do extra work, but if we didn’t workout or stretch separately from our daily activities, our body starts to atrophy in muscles less used and tighten in overused muscles. We need the extra workouts and/or stretching to remind our body that if we are overly tense the muscle, stretching reminds us to relax. And when we are more sedentary with our lifestyle, we need the exercise to move the blood flow around and feel alive. That being said, there are skincare devices that truly do work to help workout and relax facial muscles. Just like excercise, they are required to be used 2-3 times a week. Not much progress shows from working out once a week.
